The Way Of The Witch
Magic has long flowed through Blackpool’s coastline, shimmering in the sea spray, humming beneath the piers, and gathering in cauldrons tended by the region’s most gifted witches. Their famed potion, Witches Brew, keeps the magical community in balance: part cure, part curse, perfectly aligned… until now.
Recently, the Brew has begun to misbehave. Spells meant to heal have started to hex, charms meant to calm have caused chaos, and rumours whisper of a culprit lurking in the shadows: Budfellow Wraithswisper, a psychic trickster known for meddling where no wizard wants him. Using his uncanny abilities, Wraithswisper has possessed Blackpool’s black cats, sending them scampering across the Fylde Coast to disrupt the delicate balance of cure and curse.
To restore harmony, a quest has been set before you. Your journey begins in Pendle Forest, where the ancient covens still gather. Seek their wisdom, learn the old ways of balance, and discover how Witches Brew can be steadied once more. But beware, traveller, for dark magic is afoot, and the fate of Blackpool’s magical community rests in your hands.
Armed with their guidance, a trusty golf wand and Dragon’s Egg, you must use the power of Wizard Golf to neutralise Wraithswisper’s influence. As you take on this spellbinding crazy golf adventure, each hole brings you closer to defeating the trickster and restoring order. Drive back his psychic mischief, contain him within his enchanted orb, and return him to the deep dungeons of Lancaster Castle, where his mayhem can trouble no witch again.
Succeed, and the balance of Witches Brew will be restored and Blackpool’s magic will settle once more.
Whether you're searching for fun things to do in Blackpool, planning a family day out, or looking for a unique indoor activity whatever the weather, The Hole In Wand offers a magical twist on crazy golf. Gather your fellow adventurers, pick up your wand, and prepare for a quest packed with potions, playful challenges and a little witchcraft.
Good luck, traveller. Your quest awaits!
