Brand New at The Hole In Wand, Chester: The Potions Experience

There is a door at The Hole In Wand Chester that was not there before. Nobody is quite sure when it appeared, only that it leads somewhere magical, and that it is waiting for you to walk through.

Step into a new adventure, one that drops witches and wizards of all ages into a world where you will master the art of potion brewing, face off against ancient Roman unicorn hunters, and help restore balance to a realm that has fallen dangerously out of order. What exactly waits behind that door, we cannot say. That is part of the magic. This is not a quiet potions demonstration. It is a full, actor-led experience, with live storytelling that pulls you straight into the action from the moment you step inside, and secrets that only reveal themselves to those brave enough to look for them.

Expect full 360-degree theming, special effects that will make your jaw drop, and more magical surprises than we could possibly list here. Whether you are a family on a day out, a group of friends, or a lone spellcaster looking for adventure, this one is for you.

Suitable for witches and wizards aged 5 and up, and every adventurer leaves with a free potion of their own to take home.

The £5 Summer Saver Rate

This summer, the whole experience is available at the Summer Saver rate of just £5 per person, one of the easiest ways to bring a little spellcraft into your day without it denting your wallet.

Sessions run Fridays and Saturdays at 11:30am and 4pm, and Sundays at 11:30am and 3pm. Book now and begin your magical adventure.

A Note Before You Book

The experience includes strobe lighting, loud noises, and special effects, so it may not be suitable for guests with photosensitive epilepsy, sound sensitivities, or anyone who prefers a calmer visit.

So if you are near Chester this summer, the door will be waiting. What you find on the other side of it is up to you.
